
Tobias Wink
I am a mixture of artist and computer scientist with a keen interest in solving technical problems, where my broad technical knowledge is very helpful. In the past, these problems were mostly in classic software development, where I worked as a full-stack developer. In addition to network security, one of my passions was performance and database optimization. In 2023, I started to reorient myself to bridge the gap between game artists and programmers. My strengths are mainly in technical areas such as procedural material creation, shaders, tooling and optimizations. My quick grasp and analytical mindset help me to quickly familiarize myself with new areas. The package is rounded off by my strong team spirit and clear communication skills.
I also love to help others, so whenever the opportunity arises (and time allows) I actually teach. I have worked as a lecturer in the B2B sector, a lecturer at universities of applied sciences and as a lecturer at private teaching institutes.
