I am hereby announcing that I will be taking my blog offline. Throughout this time, I have tried to make my blog as user-friendly as possible. There are no analytics, no cookies, and no monetization. But I am no longer willing to continue feeding the data kraken in the AI space with free information that they then misinterpret. My research and the careful presentation of the information have cost me a lot of time and, at times, my nerves. Time that I was happy to invest in other people, but not to provide information to stochastic models whose hardware and energy demands ensure that everyone outside this one industry has to suffer while individual large corporations fight out their competitive battles. My blog was created for other interested people, and since various providers refuse to adhere to agreed-upon rules (such as those in robots.txt) and in some cases even use VPNs to conceal their origins, I am closing the blog to everyone.

As soon as I come up with a good and feasible solution, I will make the old content available again and also work on new content, but until then, I’m sorry.
