Some of you may have noticed, but no new article has been published since August 13, a good six months ago. Since a certain standstill was foreseeable in retrospect, I could actually have written this post at the end of August / beginning of September, but what should I say, I just didn’t make it 🤷.
The reason for the stagnation is that I’ve been back at school since September and am now learning full-time how to create (3D) game art so that I can improve my skills in this area too. My hope was that after a certain amount of time to get used to the new routine, I would be able to write more tutorials again. But as we’ve seen, I didn’t succeed. In my opinion, learning is generally exhausting, even if I normally enjoy it a lot, but due to certain ongoing health restrictions and my ambition to complete this training as well as possible, I unfortunately have little time and certainly no energy at the moment.
My interest in continuing to create good tutorials for Godot, especially in the complex network segment, is unbroken. In addition, I’m already thinking about expanding the topics covered on the site. After all, I am currently learning a lot of new things and as I have also seen this site partly as a memory aid for myself, it is time to immortalize new thoughts. I still hope that my health restrictions will ease at some point and that this will give me more energy again. So come back from time to time, maybe you’ll find new articles and possibly on new, completely different topics, who knows 😉.
